Today I had a friend over he was looking for a truck called around places to shop what we experance was shocking from my point of view from a sales point of view also we would call places first thing is first qualify the person and build trust ask what’s your name sir and is this number a good number to reach you at that is first so you can follow up with calls not one place we called offered a follow up and the second pet peve we noticed was they didn’t have what we wanted or offered to find it the third and most ridicules of all is the refusal to give price over the phone how is your client gonna trust you if you can’t give information over the phone  so lessons use this as a do not list for car dealers
