let’s look at the definition of acknowledge to admit to be real or true recognize the existence of truth or fact of to show gratitude or appreciation to take notice to reply to indicate receipt of to recognize authority. think of how this is important to the customer and in your life you want to be shown gratitude and appreciation when you walk through the door thank you for coming in  I will be more than happy to get you some information !!!  use this philosophy to build trust or rapport as some more fancy way of putting it. how do you build trust to increase your sales distrust is not the buyers problem it is unfortunately yours!!!  that’s is why you get so many people to say I got to think about when is last time you did not trust the person you are buying from what did you say behind the scenes
